Friday is my favorite day

I am SO tired. My new job - pretty cool. My new hours - not so hot.

There are different functions so members of my team rotate each week. This week, I worked 7:30am - 6:00pm. Throw in the fact that I'm brand spankin' new and training my little tail off. I am spent. I can't believe I'm actually thinking this but I am very excited to be working at 8:00am next week.

Anyhow, when The Man sleeps over, I've conditioned myself to be able to spleep through his alarm and him pressing the snooze button several times. At 4:40am.
That is not a typo.

Now that my wake up time is close to his, his alarm wakes me up.

4:40am alarm+Lulu=Bad a$s attitude!

( D-Doll & Lulu. She's included b/c she can rock the same bad a$s attitude:)

Completely off topic, I'm thinking about changing The Man's nickname to "G-Unit." I like the oppressive implications to "The Man" :) But he's sooo the opposite of ghetto that I like the irony of G-Unit. Plus, I'm delirious with exhaustion.

You are too good- I would be wolloping somebody on the head. 4:40?! It's cruelty, I say.
"Grasshoppa"! LOL!
"There is no try. Only do" Wait, that's Yoda, ain't it? Oops. Power Week has made me crazed.

***BOY COUSINS, DO NOT READ THIS COMMENT. TMI WARNING***
My brain and body were beat this week. I was SO tired by Wednesday, that I didn't realize until SEVEN hours later (and after several trips to the bathroom) that my underoos were INSIDE OUT? And I thought, dammit, I gotta fix it. But the thought of having to take off the slingback pumps, then the slacks, then the pantyhose, remedying the problem, putting back the pantyhose, then the slacks, then the pumps was too exhausing that I said fuck it and went inside out for another seven hours until I got home? That is freakin' tired, folks.

Thanks for the TMI warning, cuz! :-) Not to worry much - nothing I've been reading lately makes much sense to me. I too am "delirious with exhaustion" nowadays...

Oh Pooks! I went to yoga afte two weeks of being MIA ... I went to the grocery store afterwards, made small talk with the checker, went home and saw why he had a goofy smile. I wore my sweatshirt backwards. The entire time I was at the grocery store. And you're absolutely correct - I said "f*ck it" too!!! hahahaha

Tex - he cuz! Aww, poor baby. I understand some of your pain. I don't work as crazy hours as you :( Thanks for commenting! It's always nice to hear from you. You've got to come visit sometime. There's a room all ready for you! xoxo

G-Unit update: The Man pressed snooze THREE times this morning! Arghhh! And it wasn't even pleasant radio music (well, how pleasant that can be at 4:30am, I don't know) but anything has got to be better than the "beep, beep, beep" of the freakin' alarm part of a radio alarm! Arghhhhh! ;)

G-Unit and hubby have lots in common..he does the same thing until I slap hip and say. "the damn alarm is going off..." Then the man awakes about 10 minutes later...
