The red streaks are tear stains (she really takes after her Maltese side rather than her Pekingese ... although her size will be more from her Pek. side) We tried to use tear strain remover but even though it's MEANT to be for tear strains, we think it's too harsh so now we're using cotton swabs and water. She looks like a football player.
